Conflict of Interest

The author(s) must disclose any sort of conflict of Interest relevant in financial interests, activities, relationships, and affiliations including, but not limited to, employment, affiliation, funding and grants received or pending, consultancies, honoraria or payment, speakers' bureaus, stock ownership or options, expert testimony, royalties, donation of medical equipment; or patents planned or pending are issued. As stipulated in the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) disclosure form, these disclosures should include “Any potential conflicts of interest involving the work under consideration for publication”, any “relevant financial activities outside the submitted work” (over the 3 years before submission), and any “other relationships or activities that readers could perceive to have influenced, or that give the appearance of potentially influencing” what is written in the submitted work. In case of any conflict of interest among the authors, reviewers, and editors, the EJMS editorial team will follow the COPE’s guidelines for handling such conflict of interest before or after publication.
